Solid constant power is used to power our servers in New Zealand. Our servers in both Australia and the US are powered by normal and alternative energy providers. Everyone is linked to the outside world by high-speed fibre connectivity. We won't promise 100% uptime — but we land just a smidgen under it.
Starlink
We also use Starlink connectivity as backup for some of our servers, and Starlink is used to connect our devices as well in very remote locations.
